Mawsonia appoints chairman
Business publishing and events company, Mawsonia Ltd, has made a key board appointment using Intramezzo.
The business, which produces two titles (Global Corporate Venturing and Global University Venturing) as well as running a popular symposium programme, has appointed Dominic Riley in the role of Chairman.
Dominic brings with him a successful track record in publishing, media and events as well as considerable expertise in the delivery of growth and exit strategies. His career spans key strategic roles with the BBC, Reed Elsevier and Hawksmere, as well as the launch and growth of his own venture: Handbag.com – an online women’s magazine that Dominic eventually sold to Hearst Media Corporation for £22m.
He joins with the remit of leading the growth of this exciting and dynamic business and we at Intramezzo wish both Dominic and Mawsonia a prosperous future together.
