Talent capital in the VC, PE and CVC Community

Intramezzo has launched a groundbreaking new study, designed to uncover the unique leadership and talent-related challenges faced by those in the VC, PE and CVC community.

Supported by Global Corporate Venturing, this report will examine key issues including barriers to growth, how decisions are made regarding existing management, and the extent to which senior executive/C-level appointments determine the success of a venture. Ultimately, we will look to analyse the tangible commercial impact of talent and expose the science behind structuring a world-class leadership team.

As such, we are inviting participants from across the VC, PE and CVC community to complete our short survey, which can be accessed HERE and should take no longer than ten minutes to complete.

All responses will be treated in strict confidence and collated, analysed and reported on an anonymous basis. As a thank you for your time, a complimentary copy of the research report will be sent to you as soon as it is ready for publication.

Please note, this survey will close on 19th April 2015 and free copies of the report can only be sent to participants who respond within this time.

If you have any queries about the study, or would like any further information, please do not hesitate to contact Georgina Worden on 0207 520 9290.

But, to produce a true tech giant, investment is not the only critical factor. Businesses also need world-class leaders to guide them through hyper-growth and give them every opportunity to become the tech unicorns of tomorrow.

In light of this, we have drawn upon our latest research to create an e-Book, explaining how, and why, start-ups can leverage their executive teams in order to grow their business.
